MUPB sends out monthly bills on regular schedule. We have checked with the local Post Office, they advised us that mail is running two weeks behind.  We apologize for any inconvenience, unfortunately MUPB cannot control USPS mail delivery. Utility payments are due by the 15th of every month. If you need information on your billing statement, please call us for your amount due or stop by, we are happy to reprint  another bill in person and or check your online account for billing details.
